Our process begins with an uncompromising commitment to property safety. We conduct a thorough pre-service walkthrough, carefully covering nearby outdoor plants and patio furniture. Next, our expert technicians utilize high-end commercial pressure washers to extract old, deteriorated sand, moss, and deeply embedded debris from the paver joints. We apply premium commercial soft-washing solutions that are highly effective yet entirely eco-friendly and safe for your landscaping.
Once the surface is thoroughly cleaned and dried, we carefully sweep professional-grade polymeric sand into every joint. We use specialized vibrating compaction plates to ensure the sand settles deeply and evenly, completely stabilizing the interlocking bricks. We then activate the sand with a precise, high-volume misting technique, causing the polymers to bind and harden into a rock-solid, weed-impermeable joint.
Finally, we apply a generous, even coat of high-quality commercial sealant over the entire area. This sealing process enriches the natural color of your stone while creating a robust barrier against UV rays, rain, and vehicular wear. Before we consider the job complete, our crew lead performs a strict final quality inspection walkthrough and takes final photos for your review, ensuring our high-quality results exceed your expectations.
